There's one thing that I think all the best dads-to-be do and I want to talk about it.

Dad is a useful tool, but we don't stop to think about the human who is also going through a fundamentally life-altering experience.

This is like holding water in your hand. You've got to be firm and steady, but relaxed and calm all at the same time.

So I think for 2024, we all have to really think hard about what that overall message we are delivering to our kids is.
