There was such a collective gasp recently when "The Social Dilemma" came out on Netflix - and that was really disappointing, because all it did, in a VERY ham-fisted way, was tell us what we should already know: Social Media is here to keep our attention locked on to their platforms.
So, here's about five minutes of me ranting about everyone who should have known better, after which I give you some essential bits of knowledge that I usually give to teenagers in my social media talks.
